Moving Forward

Would need to know what lot you would like. If we are financing we need the application filled out and sent back via email or dropped off at our office with a copy of id, social security card or ITIN, recent paystubs past 60 days or past 2 years of tax returns (only one of these forms for proof of income is sufficient) and bank statements past 90 days. After i get that back we will send a purchase contract out for signatures and closing is 7-10 days after that.


We dont really do a credit check but need to know you can afford the monthly payments, last thing we want is to waste anyone's time and have to foreclose later on.


The down payment / earnest money (at least $200 or $400) deposit will be due when the contract is signed


$295 closing fee for recording and doc prep will be due at closing.

There is a $30 a month loan service fee to be added to your mortgage payment .


Your first mortgage payment would be the following month after you close.
